As a valued customer, we know you’ll be experiencing a great deal of uncertainty and stress around how, what and who can help you through the Covid-19 pandemic.

Here at Dynaflow / Enzed we are doing everything in our power to make things easier and less stressful to work and communicate safely, to achieve the desired result through solutions to help you.

Virtual Meetings – No Contact

We have the ability to communicate virtually to ensure your business needs are met, whilst keeping safe. To participate in a virtual meeting with us, you will require a computer with internet connectivity, audio and optionally video.

Please let us know if you prefer virtual meetings and we will be in touch to establish this.

Tracked Service Calls and Deliveries – No Contact

Our service resource is currently available 24/7. However, we are trying to minimise personal contact. Generally, we do not need to meet with our clients face to face in order to carry out service / repair work or make deliveries.

We are making great use of our Enzed^® Connected platform. This is a great tool that simplifies contact to ensure your hose, fittings and service needs are met. Some of the benefits of using Enzed^® Connected are:

• Provides peace of mind to you, that our service person is on their way to your job
• Allows you to track the location of your assigned service person and job progress online. 
• Our service people document all work undertaken, including photos before and after job completion. The platform provides you with a report of this.   

Current Status

Our hydraulic and engineering workshop, trade store and Enzed^® Hose Doctors remain fully operational and resourced. We look forward to working with you to find solutions, whilst we all remain safe during this pandemic.
